Project case study

Restoring delaminating painted stucco

AWC removed failing painted material, prepared the wall with repeated scraping and pressure washing, applied a base coat and color-integrated finish, and poured new concrete curbs to match the existing curbs around the rest of the house.

The failing painted surface

The painted stucco was delaminating. The before photographs show widespread failing material along the lower portion of the wall rather than one isolated patch.

Repeated surface preparation

AWC repeatedly scraped and pressure washed the wall before applying the new stucco work. The preparation addressed the failing painted surface before the new base and finish coats were installed.

Base coat and integrated finish

AWC applied a base coat followed by a color-integrated finish in the customer's selected color. The color is integrated into the finish rather than applied as paint. The after photographs document the continuous finished surface across the elevation.

Matching the existing curbs

AWC also poured new concrete curbs to match the existing curbs around the rest of the house. The completed views show the new finish and curb work together. These are real job photographs and were not modified by AI.
