Stucco services

Start with the condition. Build the right scope.

We organize repair work around the wall in front of us—not a package name. Each scope defines what is visible, what is included, and what remains unknown.

These conditions often belong inside a broader repair discussion because their transitions can affect access, removal, protection, and sequencing. We separate adjoining work clearly so a stucco finish repair is not mistaken for a complete repair of every connected component.

When photos are enough to start

Photos can help define a localized patch, prepare questions, and identify likely access needs. Water-related, recurring, widespread, elevated, HOA, insurance, and multi-trade conditions often justify an onsite review before pricing.

Start with the visible condition.

Text your photos and a description to 619-912-0486, or use the request form. Include the property city, what needs repair, and any leak or repeat-repair history.

For a straightforward repair, clear photos may allow a same-day virtual estimate. Water-related, elevated or concealed conditions may need field verification before pricing.

Using the form? Start with one useful JPG, PNG, or GIF photo, or one PDF report. To send several views or another file format, text your photos instead. Photos are optional in the form.

AWC reviews the request, clarifies missing details, and explains whether the next step can stay remote or needs a site evaluation. Work is scheduled after scope and pricing are approved.
