Send photos. Clarify the next step.

Start with the property city, what needs repair, and the photos you already have. Choose the way that works for you.

Send context, not just the crack.

  • A wide view of the full wall or elevation
  • A close view of the damage or finish condition
  • Nearby windows, doors, rooflines, joints, decks, or penetrations
  • An object for scale when it can be placed safely
  • The property city and any history of leaks or repeat repairs
Stay on the ground.

Do not climb roofs, ladders, balconies, or unstable areas to take a photo.

When field verification is needed

Stucco SD offers a $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package for conditions that cannot be scoped responsibly from photos and available records. The $250 is credited when the proposed work is approved within 30 days.

Project intake

Start with the visible condition.

Text your photos and a description to 619-912-0486, or use the request form. Include the property city, what needs repair, and any leak or repeat-repair history.

For a straightforward repair, clear photos may allow a same-day virtual estimate. Water-related, elevated or concealed conditions may need field verification before pricing.

Using the form? Start with one useful JPG, PNG, or GIF photo, or one PDF report. To send several views or another file format, text your photos instead. Photos are optional in the form.

AWC reviews the request, clarifies missing details, and explains whether the next step can stay remote or needs a site evaluation. Work is scheduled after scope and pricing are approved.

After your request

A repair scope you can review.

  1. Review the condition. AWC uses the photos and history to identify what is visible and what still needs checking.
  2. Choose the next step. A localized request may begin remotely. A site evaluation is discussed when field verification is needed.
  3. Approve the work. Review the written scope and price before scheduling. Added work needs written approval.
