Website purpose
This site provides general information about Stucco SD, a specialty service of All World Construction LLC, and offers ways to request contact about a potential project.
No contract or confirmed appointment
A call, text, email, photo, or online request does not by itself create a contract, reserve a date, confirm an appointment, approve work, or establish a final price. Work proceeds only under a separate written agreement accepted by the parties.
General information, not a field diagnosis
Website content is general educational and service information. It is not engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, mold, structural, code-compliance, or destructive-testing advice. Photos and visible conditions cannot establish every concealed condition or water path.
Estimates and evaluations
Some requests can begin with photos. Conditions that are vague, water-related, elevated, widespread, multi-trade, HOA-managed, insurance-related, or otherwise difficult to scope may require a paid site evaluation. When offered, the current $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package is credited if the proposed work is approved within 30 days, subject to the written evaluation terms.
Accuracy of project information
You are responsible for providing information and files you are authorized to share. Do not rely on a photo review as confirmation that no other condition exists. Access, measurements, selected systems, permits, code requirements, and concealed conditions may affect a later proposal.
Intellectual property
Website copy, design, and AWC-owned photographs may not be republished or used to market another business without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Website availability and links
We may update or remove website content. Links to related AWC service sites or third-party resources are provided for context; their availability and content may change.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. These website terms do not limit rights or obligations stated in an executed construction agreement or rights that cannot legally be limited.
